2) Quotation
3) Artwork file: PDF, AI, Indesign file with at least 300dpi resolution
4) Sample proofs before order: digital proofs or finished product sample
5) Deposit: 30% deposit before production
6) Balance: 70% balance payment before shipping.
7) Shipping: by sea, by air / express courier or as per your requirement
